Winning Percentage per True Count
The winning percentages for each count below were derived from running a simulation of 1 billion games, also, it is important to note that the player was using the Hi Lo counting system and the complete adjusted numbers chart, also known as indices. The simulation always rounds to the nearest integer for the true count (e.g. 1.4 goes to 1 and 1.5 goes to 2). The results are pretty straight forward, and it is nice to have confirmation that it is best to wait until a true count of about 1.5 preferably 2 to be safe before you start betting big.
